Simpson is an Electrolux-owned brand – Electrolux products also sell under a variety of brand names in Australia. And at Always Prompt Repair, we offer a comprehensive repair and parts service for all Simpson appliances.
Simpson was established in 1909 and from the start, Simpson manufactured household appliances based in Adelaide, Australia. But in 1999, Electrolux took over the Simpson brand. Although, the Australian Simpson manufacturing plant has closed down but Electrolux still uses the Simpson brand name on products.

Always Prompt Simpson Repair and Parts are open Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 4.30pm. However, if you need us outside these hours, call us and we’ll come to the rescue.
