We formed our company to make much-needed changes to the local Appliance Repair Industry. At the time, it had a very bad reputation of poorly organised tradies who often turned up late… or not at all.
Steven and Cindy White, founders of Always Prompt Appliance Repairs, weren’t happy with this extremely poor level of customer service which had become industry standard. It was time for change.
The company started with humble beginnings of a husband and wife, an old van and a home office in Wynnum West. Since then, Steven and Cindy have been servicing customers Brisbane Wide for more than 10 years. They’ve even traded up the old van and now have a fleet of Six well-stocked and professionally kitted out Service vans and a Workshop and Spare Parts Warehouse in Underwood, Qld.

Our Appliance Repair, Electrical and Air Conditioning Mobile Vans service the Greater Brisbane Area from Caboolture (North) to Ormeau (South). Ipswich (West) to Bayside (East).
We offer Callouts between 7am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. After-hours call outs, by appointment only – additional charges apply, subject to availability.
