How ASKO warranty repairs work
If your washing machine may be within the ASKO manufacturer warranty, contact ASKO first with the model, serial number and proof of purchase. ASKO determines coverage and sends an authorised work order if it assigns the repair to us. Coverage depends on the fault and warranty terms; a warranty period does not mean every diagnosis or repair is free. If the fault is outside warranty coverage, our standard charges apply and we explain the cost before further work.
For out-of-warranty ASKO repairs, you can book directly with us. The technician diagnoses the fault, then quotes parts and any further labour before work proceeds.
ASKO washing machine problems we assess
Door will not lock or unlock
Note whether the door will not close, the cycle will not start, or the door stays locked after the cycle. Do not force the door. A technician can check the interlock and related controls against the exact model before recommending a repair.
Not draining or leaving water in the drum
Record whether the machine stopped mid-cycle, displayed a code or left water after spinning. If your model’s instructions permit an accessible filter check, follow those instructions only after switching off the appliance and dealing safely with any water. Do not open electrical panels or assume the pump has failed from the symptom alone.
Not filling, spinning or completing a cycle
Check the visible water supply and note when the fault occurs. Stop using the washer if it leaks, smells hot or repeatedly trips power. Fill, spin and control faults can have different causes; the model and observed symptoms guide the assessment.

The $219 callout estimate includes up to 30 minutes of labour onsite. Parts and any further labour are additional and quoted after diagnosis. A $20 senior, pensioner or student discount may apply. All prices are estimates only.
