How Bosch warranty repairs work

For in-warranty Bosch repairs, please contact Bosch first to register your claim. Bosch will email us a work order, and we’ll book a time with you that suits — usually a 1-hour arrival window within a few business days. There’s no cost to you for covered warranty repairs. User faults, accidental damage, water damage, power surges, and pest damage are not covered under any manufacturer warranty.

For out-of-warranty Bosch repairs, you can book directly with us — no work-order required. We diagnose the fault and quote a fixed price before any work starts.

Common faults we diagnose and fix

Not cooling, fridge or freezer warm

Compressor relay failure, evaporator fan motor seized, defrost heater burned out, or temperature sensor drift. Bosch’s NoFrost system has specific fault patterns we know how to read.

Excessive frost in freezer

Defrost heater failed, defrost timer or sensor fault, or door seal degraded letting humid air in. Frost-buildup faults are usually first-visit fixes.

Ice maker not working

Water inlet valve fault, ice-maker module failure, freezer-temperature drift, or filter blocked. We carry common Bosch ice-maker modules.

Water on the floor under the fridge

Drain blocked (back of the fridge — the defrost water has nowhere to go), door seal failure, or ice-maker fill-tube cracked. Worth fixing fast — water under a fridge wrecks floors.

Loud humming or buzzing from the back

Compressor mounting feet worn, fan blade hitting an obstruction, or condenser fan motor bearing failure. Diagnosis takes 10 minutes; the fix depends on which it is.
