How Bosch warranty repairs work
For in-warranty Bosch repairs, please contact Bosch first to register your claim. Bosch will email us a work order, and we’ll book a time with you that suits — usually a 1-hour arrival window within a few business days. There’s no cost to you for covered warranty repairs. User faults, accidental damage, water damage, power surges, and pest damage are not covered under any manufacturer warranty.
For out-of-warranty Bosch repairs, you can book directly with us — no work-order required. We diagnose the fault and quote a fixed price before any work starts.
Common faults we diagnose and fix
E04 — drain fault
Drain pump impeller blocked, drain hose kinked, or pump motor failure. Full E04 diagnostic guide here.
Door interlock fault
Bosch’s interlock is shared with Neff and Siemens — same part fits all three. Common failure at 7-10 years; symptoms: machine won’t start or won’t unlock.
Drum bearing failure
Front-loader bearings wear at 8-12 years on heavy use. Bosch drum is split-construction, so bearing replacement is a longer job — quoted transparently on the day.
Won’t spin or low spin speed
Motor brushes worn (older models), tachometer sensor fault, or unbalanced-load detection erroring. We test each component systematically.
Inlet valve / Aquastop fault
Bosch’s Aquastop hose has an inline valve that closes if it detects a leak. False-trip can lock the machine in a fault state. Replacement valve restores function.

What does an out-of-warranty repair cost?
Our standard callout is $219, which includes up to 30 minutes of labour onsite. Most faults are diagnosed and many repaired within that time. Parts are quoted separately if needed. Return visits are $29 plus parts and labour, and we provide a fixed price quote before any work starts.
Do you carry Bosch parts on the van?
We carry the most common Bosch parts (door seals, inlet valves, drain pumps, common sensors, hoses and filters) on the van — these cover the majority of faults. For less common parts, we order direct from Bosch, usually within a few business days.

Our standard callout fee is $219, which includes the first 30 minutes of labour and a full on-site diagnosis. Additional time is charged at $45 per 15-minute block. Parts are quoted separately at cost — your technician will confirm the total before starting any work.
We offer a $20 discount for seniors, pensioners and students. All prices are estimates only.
Return visits are $29 plus parts and labour. We’ll provide a fixed price quote before any work is carried out.
