2. We Confirm Your 1-Hour Window
You get a narrow arrival window. We’re not “sometime Tuesday morning” — we text you 30 minutes before we leave, so you can be home and ready.
3. We Diagnose and Quote
We plug in our multimeter, check your fault codes, test components, and explain what’s broken and how much it’ll cost. If you say no, you pay a $219 callout fee (includes up to 30 minutes diagnosis). If you say yes, that’s waived.
4. We Fix It or Advise You
We replace the faulty part, run a full test cycle, and leave your kitchen working. If it’s beyond economic repair, we tell you straight.

Samsung Fridge Ice Maker Freezing Up
The ice bucket is a solid block. The fan ices over. You’re getting no ice, or ice cubes mixed with liquid water. This is a known defect in Samsung SRS and SRF models. The ice maker thermostat or heater isn’t working, so frost builds up instead of clearing. We replace the ice maker kit and sometimes the heater element. Parts take an hour, and you’re back to fresh cubes.
Samsung Washer Spider Arm Corrosion
The drum wobbles violently during spin. You hear a metallic rattle. This happens because the aluminium spider arm (that holds the drum) corrodes from the reaction between detergent residue and water. Front loaders hit this after 4–6 years. The arm collapses, the drum drops, and you’ve got a serious problem. We replace the entire spider arm assembly, balance the drum, and you’re safe again.
Samsung Dishwasher Not Draining — Error Codes 5E or SE
Water pools at the bottom. You see error code 5E or SE on the display. The drain pump is either blocked (coins, glass shards, food) or the pump motor has failed. The check valve might be stuck. We clear the blockage, test the pump with power applied, and if it’s dead, we swap the pump motor. DW60 and DW80 series are common.
Samsung Dryer Not Heating
Clothes are damp. The drum turns, but there’s no heat. This is usually a blown thermal fuse, a burnt-out heating element, or a dead thermistor. The moisture sensor might be faulty too. DV series dryers are prone to this. We replace the fuse and element together, test temperature rise, and your dryer’s heating again.
Samsung Fridge Not Cooling — Side-by-Side Models
The fridge section is warm. The freezer section is icy or warm depending on damper position. This is often an inverter board failure (the logic board that controls the compressor), a seized fan motor, or blocked condenser coils. SRF and SRS French door and side-by-side models suffer this. We test compressor amperage, clean the condenser, and replace the board if needed.
Samsung Washer Vibrating Excessively — Error Codes UE or DC
The machine rocks violently during spin. You see error code UE (unbalanced) or DC (drum clean mode). Either a suspension rod has snapped, the shock absorber has failed, or the transport bolts were never removed after delivery. Common in WF and WD series. We replace all four suspension rods as a set, check the shocks, and rebalance the drum.
