Bosch Dishwasher E15 Error — Water in the Base
The most common Bosch dishwasher fault in Australia. The safety float switch detects water pooling in the base pan. Usually caused by a degraded door seal, faulty water inlet valve, or a known design issue where the plastic base housing warps and separates from the steel frame. Affects all BSH dishwashers (Bosch, Siemens, Neff, Gaggenau). We carry door gaskets, inlet valves, drain pumps, and float switches.
Bosch Washing Machine Won’t Drain — E04/F21 Error
Water left in the drum after the cycle ends. E04 indicates a drainage failure — usually a blocked drain pump filter (lint, coins, jewellery), kinked drain hose, or a failed drain pump motor. F21 on Classixx models is the same fault. We carry drain pumps, filters, and hoses. The access panel’s on the lower front right — we’ll have it cleared in no time.
Bosch/Neff Oven Not Heating or Fan Noise — E302 Error
Oven won’t reach temperature, or the cooling fan runs but nothing heats. E302 indicates temperature overshoot; E101 is a temperature sensor fault. Usually a seized cooling fan motor, failed NTC thermistor, or heating element failure. Affects Bosch, Neff, and Siemens ovens on the same platform. We carry cooling fan motors, temperature sensors, and heating elements.
BSH Control Board Failure — Appliance Completely Dead
No lights, no response to buttons, completely unresponsive. A known design fault in BSH appliances — the MELECS power board’s TNY264GN chip fails across multiple Bosch, Siemens, and Neff models. Affects dishwashers, washing machines, and ovens. We carry replacement control boards and can diagnose whether a board swap will fix it.
Bosch Dishwasher Not Filling — E16/E17 Error
Cycle won’t start because no water is entering the machine. E16/E17 indicate a water inlet problem — blocked inlet screen (common in Brisbane’s hard water areas), faulty inlet valve solenoid, or a kinked inlet hose. We carry inlet valves and hose assemblies. Often a 30-minute fix once we clear the scale buildup.
Neff/Bosch Oven Cooling Fan Motor Failure — E118 Error
Grinding, scraping noise from the oven, then the fan stops entirely. The cooling fan motor bearing has seized — common after years of grease accumulation in the fan housing. Affects Neff ovens primarily but also Bosch and Siemens on the same platform. We carry cooling fan motors and capacitors. Preventable with regular cleaning.
