What to Expect — Clear Pricing, No Surprises
💰 Upfront Pricing — You Approve First
Whether the badge says Electrolux, Dishlex, or Simpson — the parts, platforms, and fault patterns are the same. We diagnose quickly (usually under an hour), quote you the exact cost of parts and labour, and wait for your approval before we touch anything. No hidden charges, no “discovered problems.” Student and senior discounts available.
We carry the most common Electrolux platform parts in our vans — tub bearings and seals (EWF/SWF washers), drain pump motors (DSF/ESF dishwashers), thermal fuses and heating elements (EDV/EDS dryers), fan forced elements and door seals (ovens), drive belts and motor capacitors (Simpson dryers), and compressor relays and evaporator fans (fridges). Most repairs finish on the first visit.
🔧 Stocked Vans — Most Repairs Done First Visit
We stock Electrolux/Simpson tub bearings and seals, Dishlex drain pumps and check valves, Electrolux heating elements and thermal fuses, fan forced oven elements, Simpson drive belts and capacitors, and compressor relays and thermostat kits. If we diagnose it on an Electrolux, Dishlex, or Simpson product, we carry it.

How It Works — 4 Simple Steps
1. You Call or Book Online
Tell us what’s happening — the brand, the model series (EWF, SWF, DSF, ESF, EDV, EDS, etc.), any error codes, noises, or when it stopped. We’ll ask what we need to know.
2. We Confirm Your 1-Hour Window
Narrow arrival window. We text 30 minutes out and arrive on time. No vagueness.
3. We Diagnose and Quote
We test the bearing with the tub loaded, check drain pump resistance, measure element continuity, and explain exactly what’s broken and what it’ll cost. We quote upfront before any work starts.
4. We Fix It or Advise You
We replace the faulty part, run a full test cycle, and your appliance is working again. If repair doesn’t make economic sense, we tell you straight.

Common Electrolux, Dishlex & Simpson Problems We Fix Every Week
Electrolux/Simpson Washer Bearing Failure
The tub is grinding during spin. You hear a metal-on-metal scraping sound. The tub bearing is worn, water seal is broken, and water has leaked into the bearing housing. EWF and SWF series, both front and top loaders, hit this after 5–7 years. The bearing corrodes and collapses. We replace the tub bearing assembly and water seal, test the spin cycle, and confirm no grinding.
Dishlex/Electrolux Dishwasher Not Draining — Error Code i30
Water pools at the bottom. Error code i30 shows if it’s a digital model. The drain pump is either blocked (food, caps, shards) or the pump motor has failed. The check valve might be stuck. DSF and ESF series are common. We remove the pump, clear blockages, test the motor coil, and replace if dead.
Electrolux Dryer Not Heating
Clothes are damp. The drum turns but there’s no heat. The thermal fuse has blown, the heating element has burnt out, or lint has restricted airflow. EDV and EDS series dryers are prone to this. We replace the fuse and element together, clear the lint filter path, test temperature rise, and confirm proper airflow.
Electrolux Oven Element Burnout
The fan forced element isn’t heating. The oven temperature rises slowly or not at all. The outer element might be dead too, or the door seal is damaged from heat exposure. EBE, EVE, and models with fan forced cooking cycles fail here. We test element continuity, replace both elements if needed, and check door seal integrity.
Simpson Washer Won’t Spin
The machine runs through wash and rinse but stops before spin. The drive belt has snapped or stretched, the motor capacitor is dead, or the clutch is worn in older models. SWT series models are common. We replace the belt and capacitor as a pair, test motor amperage, and run a full spin cycle.
Electrolux Fridge Not Cooling
The fridge section is warm. The freezer might be icy or warm depending on damper position. The compressor relay has failed, the evaporator fan motor is seized, or the thermostat is faulty. EBE, ETE, and EHE series models. We test compressor amperage, clean the condenser, replace the relay or thermostat, and confirm temperature pull-down.
