How Fisher & Paykel warranty repairs work
For in-warranty Fisher & Paykel repairs, please contact Fisher & Paykel first to register your claim. Fisher & Paykel will email us a work order, and we’ll book a time with you that suits — usually a 1-hour arrival window within a few business days. There’s no cost to you for covered warranty repairs. User faults, accidental damage, water damage, power surges, and pest damage are not covered under any manufacturer warranty.
For out-of-warranty Fisher & Paykel repairs, you can book directly with us — no work-order required. We diagnose the fault and quote a fixed price before any work starts.
Common faults we diagnose and fix
F2 — drain fault on DishDrawer
Drain pump blocked, drain pump motor failure, or door seal leaking. Full F2 diagnostic guide here.
DishDrawer won’t open
Latch mechanism worn or the drawer track jammed. Specific to the drawer-style design.
Single-drawer cycle issue (double DishDrawer)
Each drawer has independent control — failure usually isolated to one drawer’s control PCB or sensor.
Doesn’t dry or rinses leave water marks
Heater element burnout or rinse-aid dispenser fault. F&P dishwashers use condensation drying.
Spray arm not rotating
Sediment in the spray arm bearing or upper arm carrier broken. Quick fix once diagnosed.
