Common F&P faults we see

Fridges: F2 error

Sensor fault. Usually the cabinet thermistor — a common F&P fridge fault we see weekly.

Washing machines: agitator issues, drum drive faults

F&P top loaders use a direct-drive design. Stators, hall sensors, and drum bearings are the main wear items.

DishDrawer dishwashers: drawer faults

The DishDrawer design is unique to F&P. We carry the most common DishDrawer parts — pumps, motors, lid seals.

Dryers and ovens

Standard diagnostics. F&P ovens use New Zealand-engineered electronics that are mostly straightforward.

You book online or call. We confirm a 1-hour arrival window. Your technician diagnoses on site, gives you a fixed price before any work starts, and most jobs complete on the first visit. Genuine F&P parts where available.
