Common Electrolux faults we see

Ovens: heating element failures, fan motor issues

Standard built-in oven diagnostics. Electrolux ovens use common European-style elements that wear at predictable intervals.

Cooktops: ceramic element failures, induction control faults

Single-zone failures usually mean that zone’s element on ceramic, or the IGBT/coil on induction.

Fridges: temperature drift, defrost issues

Thermistor, defrost heater, or condenser blockage. Electrolux fridges share components with Westinghouse and several other brands.

Washing machines: drain pump, drum bearings

Standard front-loader diagnostics.

Dishwashers: door interlock, drain pump, control board

How we work

You book online or call. We confirm a 1-hour arrival window. Your technician diagnoses on site, gives you a fixed price before any work starts, and most jobs complete on the first visit. Genuine Electrolux parts where available.

Repair Pricing

Our standard callout fee is $219, which includes the first 30 minutes of labour and a full on-site diagnosis. Additional time is charged at $45 per 15-minute block. Parts are quoted separately at cost — your technician will confirm the total before starting any work.

We offer a $20 discount for seniors, pensioners and students. All prices are estimates only.

Return visits are $29 plus parts and labour. We’ll provide a fixed price quote before any work is carried out.

Every repair is backed by a 12-month warranty on parts and labour.
