Common Samsung faults we see

Samsung fridges: ice maker not working

Samsung fridges: not cold enough, freezer working but fridge warm

Damper assembly, evaporator fan, or defrost issue. Often a one-visit repair once we’ve confirmed which.

Samsung washing machines: UE error

Unbalanced load — usually a redistribution problem rather than a fault. If it persists with even small loads, the suspension struts or sensor are the cause.

Samsung washing machines: 5E error

Drainage fault. Usually a blocked filter or drain pump, less commonly the pump motor itself.

Samsung dryers: not heating, long cycle times

Thermal cut-out, heating element, or moisture sensor. Vented Samsung dryers fail similarly to other vented brands — almost always a blocked vent first.

Samsung dishwashers: not draining, error codes

Drain pump, drain hose, or main control board. Standard dishwasher diagnostics with Samsung-specific error codes.

How we work

You book online or call. We confirm a 1-hour arrival window. Your technician diagnoses on site, gives you a fixed price before any work starts, and most jobs complete on the first visit using parts from the van. Genuine Samsung parts where available.

If a Samsung appliance isn’t worth repairing — for example, an older fridge where the compressor has failed and the replacement cost approaches a new unit — we tell you straight rather than push the repair through.

Underwood-based, serving Brisbane (CBD, inner north, inner west, southside, eastside, northside, bayside), Logan, Ipswich and the Western Suburbs, the Northern Gold Coast, and the Caboolture–Bribie corridor. Same-day service usually available for bookings made before midday.

Pricing

$219 includes a callout and up to 30 minutes labour onsite — most faults are diagnosed and many repaired in that time. Parts are quoted separately if needed.

Return visits are $29 plus parts and labour. We’ll provide a fixed price quote before any work is carried out.

All repairs come with a 12-month warranty on parts and labour. We also offer a $20 discount for seniors, pensioners, and students.
