How we work

Book online or call with the appliance model, symptoms and any error code. The booking process shows available appointments for your address. For an out-of-warranty visit, our standard callout estimate covers diagnosis and up to 30 minutes of labour onsite. Your technician explains the findings and quotes any parts or further labour before you approve additional work. Parts availability and repair timing depend on the model and fault.

For Miele warranty claims you can contact us directly — we’re an authorised Miele agent and just need a copy of your purchase invoice. For Bosch, ASKO, Liebherr and Neff, contact the manufacturer first to register the claim; as their authorised agent we’re then dispatched to carry out the repair. Out-of-warranty, book directly with us.

If an appliance isn’t worth repairing, we tell you straight rather than push the repair through.

Pricing

Our estimated $219 callout includes up to 30 minutes of labour onsite. Parts and any further labour are additional and quoted after diagnosis, before further work. A $20 senior, pensioner or student discount may apply. All prices are estimates only.

Parts supplied and installed by us carry a 12-month warranty. Ask about the terms that apply to your repair when you book.
