Common fridge faults we see

Running but not cold enough

Thermistor, evaporator fan, or thermostat. Usually a part swap rather than a major job.

Compressor running constantly

A refrigerant leak, compressor fault or airflow problem may be involved. We diagnose the fault before quoting sealed-system work. Licensing and safety requirements depend on the refrigerant; Australian Government guidance distinguishes fluorocarbons from natural refrigerants.

Ice maker stopped or producing tiny cubes

Inlet valve, ice maker module, or water line freeze.

Water dispenser not working

Door switch, dispenser solenoid, water line, or filter. Filters need replacing every 6 months on most models.

Excessive ice build-up in freezer

Defrost timer, defrost heater, or door seal.

Loud noise or vibration

Compressor mounts, fan motor bearings, or condenser fan obstruction.

Door not sealing properly

Door gasket replacement. Genuine seals on stocked vans for common brands.

How we work

You book online or call. We confirm an available arrival window when the booking is made. Your technician diagnoses onsite and explains the quote before further work; whether the repair can be completed on the first visit depends on the fault and parts availability.
