What we service

Domestic appliances across the kitchen, laundry, and refrigeration:

Refrigeration: fridges and freezers, ice makers, water dispensers, wine cabinets. ARCtick-licensed for refrigerant work.

Laundry: washing machines, dryers (heat pump, condenser, vented).

Kitchen: dishwashers, cooktops (induction, ceramic), built-in ovens, rangehoods, microwaves.

(We don’t service gas appliances. Anything involving the gas supply, regulator, or burner assembly is a licensed gas fitter’s job. Our cooktop and oven work is electric only.)

How we work

You book online or call. We confirm a 1-hour arrival window. Your technician diagnoses on site, gives you a fixed price before any work starts, and most jobs complete on the first visit where the right part is on hand. If a specific part is needed, we provide a fixed quote before ordering.

For appliances under manufacturer warranty for brands we’re authorised by (Miele, Bosch, ASKO, Liebherr, Neff), we lodge the warranty claim direct with the manufacturer — no upfront cost for in-warranty repairs.

If an appliance isn’t worth repairing, we tell you straight rather than push the repair through.
