What we usually find when an Ipswich fridge needs service

Defrost timer, defrost heater, or door seal. Ice build-up means the auto-defrost cycle isn’t running properly — usually a control board or heater fault.

Loud noise, knocking, or vibration

Compressor mounts, fan motor bearings, or condenser fan obstruction. Bearings can be replaced; mounts and motors are usually a swap.

Door not sealing properly, condensation on outside

You book online or call. We confirm an available arrival window when the booking is made. Your technician diagnoses onsite and explains the quote before further work; whether the repair can be completed on the first visit depends on the fault and parts availability.

For Miele warranty claims you can contact us directly — we’re an authorised Miele agent and just need a copy of your purchase invoice. For Bosch, ASKO, Liebherr and Neff, contact the manufacturer first to register the claim; as their authorised agent we’re then dispatched to carry out the repair. Out-of-warranty, book directly with us.

If a fridge isn’t worth repairing — for example, a 12-year-old unit where the compressor has failed and the replacement cost approaches a new fridge — we tell you straight rather than push the repair through.
